There are two application tracks – one is for the Master of Divinity (MDiv)/Master of Theology (MTh) and the other is for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL). Choose the program you are interested in: MDiv/MTh or MAOL
MDiv/MTh
The M.Div program is a three-year course of study, designed to prepare students for a variety of ministries. It includes four majors: Biblical Studies, Theology, Pastoral Studies, and Missions. The medium of instruction is English.
The M.Th program is a two-year course of study, with a choice of two majors – Theology or Missiology. Courses may be taught either in modular form or in semester-length classes.
MAOL
The MAOL is a program in Christian Leadership. It is a strategic partnership between Development Associates International (DAI), MEGST, and a cohort (class) of students. Students can continue working in their full-time positions while pursuing their studies because of the blended nature of the program. It has a significant distance education component. The program takes three years to complete.
